Do you ship directly to consumers?
We would love to ship our beer, however by law we are not allowed to. Check out our beer finder to discover where our delicious beer is being sold in your area. Aside from beer, we do ship clothing, glassware, merchandise, etc. to customers. If you are an international customer who is interested in placing an order please send us an email with your location and we will let you know the shipping cost and options for ordering.
What is the shelf life of a Growler?
The beer will remain fresh in the growler for up to a month if unopened. After opening it should be finished within 48 hours.
What is your policy on shipping charges, refunds, and exchanges?
We ship all of our merchandise via FedEx. Gift cards are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.
As far as returns and exchanges go, if the error is on us, like we accidentally send the wrong product or we mis-packaged and it is broken upon arrival, we will correct the order and cover the cost of shipping again. Now, if we do everything on our end correctly and you just need to exchange it for size or because you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we ask that you cover the return shipping costs. Please include your credit card number or a prepaid envelope for your return. If we cannot process your return we will contact you and offer a refund.
